At Running Lab Singapore, we are committed to providing you with the right gear for your performance. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact; please note that nutrition and hydration products are non-returnable.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit any Running Lab retail outlet with your original proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Pack and Label

  Securely pack the items in their original shoebox or packaging and include the completed return form provided in your order.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
